vertigo pasca-trauma


A woman aged 47 years complained of headache, with nausea and vomiting since 3 days ago. Complaint if the patients gain weight aktivities. Patients also complain that often feels left leg cramps, legs feel heavy, if the right to run, and right eye views have slowly fading land since 5 years ago. This patient had 22 years ago the patient had fallen drop with the back of the head hit the floor. Start at that time the patient does not feel left eye can see, can not be driven and easy to forget. 15 years ago the patient had settled with a drop toehold waist left, never rotgen: results obtained sit bones cracked. Patients also suffered from high blood pressure since 10 years ago. results obtained from the examination data: blood pressure 140/90 mm Hg, pulse 78, temperature 36C, respiration 24, weight 46 kg. CT Scan examination not done. From this data may be very patient this diagnosis was vertigo because of post-trauma. So we give the medicine:
1. flunarizin 2X 5mg
2. ranitidin 2X 150mg
both drugs are enough to overcome the symptoms of this patient. While for hypertension, the patient does not give us medicine because it is still in early stages, so only need to diet modification. On this patient we suggest that when the patient does not wake up sleeping directly conducting activities, which will aggravate the condition of the patient, such as diet modification and reduction of salinity in the kitchen of the patient.
