cases of the pharyngitis disease

A child with his mother came with complaints of fever since 2 days ago after drinking ice water. have not been treated previously. the child to feel pain swallow, snot out of nose color colors. history does not have convulsions, cough, and other functions normally. examination of known weight 4 kg, temperature of 38C, shown in the mucosa faring redness, whereas the tonsil is not visible sign of inflammation.
treatment and the explanation
with at least some data that we got the diagnosis of disease is likely the patient is pharyngitis, although not close the possibility of other diseases. therefore we give drugs:
1. paracetamol 3X 40mg as antipiretic
2. dexametason 3X 0.05 mg of anti-inflammation
3. 3X 80mg amoxicillin as antibiotic
we make all drugs in the form of puyer to be more easy in use, and made to be used for 7 days.
after that we give advice to the mother of the child's food consumption to maintain the child, with the snack, water, ice, and keep the children good sanitation.
